N'ayant plus à faire ses preuves à ce niveau, Favorite de Val peut être envisagée en bon rang, à l'arrivée de cette compétition d'ouverture réservée aux amateurs, en compagnie notamment d'Escudo, restant sur deux sorties encourageantes, mais aussi de Duc du Fort, qui a hérité d'une position favorable en 1ère ligne (à ne pas condamner trop hâtivement !), et de Faucon Maltais, de retour au sulky, après avoir montré sa forme en terminant 3ème sous la selle (méfiance !). Folco's Blues, en forme, face à une opposition moins relevée cette fois, et Envol the Best (Léa Lizée) méritent une mention.
